Cannot install AutoCAD 2012

I've recently formatted my PC and now i cannot install Autocad 2012 or 2007. The problem is that it goes for installation of .NET RUNTIME 4.0 and later the whole process get cancelled automatically.

And yes i've installed .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5 and i had switched off all the antivirus and before formatting i had successfully installed AutoCAD 2012...

Can anyone help me Regarding this?????

Uninstall all versions of .NET from your PC, restart Windows, and try the installation again. Works 99% of the time.

What exactly gets deleted when deleting all versions of .NET: files, directories ?   Which ones?
