Can't display ribbon panel icons

I accidentally double clicked on something and now my ribbon panels look like this:

I want them to be expanded so I have easy access to all the icons in each panel, like this:

Show Panels and Show Tabs are all checked.  I've tried different ribbon system variables but nothing's working.  Please help.

Select the below option to re-establish the ribbon how you want it.

That worked! I had also been clicking on the little triangle to the right with no results, but the larger of those two buttons is what fixed it. Thank you!!

The little icon just to the right of the last Ribbon tab.
