Can I uninstall the "autodesk download manager"

I uninstalled the "autodesk download manager" after installing autocad. Is it ok for the operation of autocad?

YES the Autodesk Download Manager will not interfere with your ACAD, ACAD LT, etc ...

Autocad does not have any dependencies to the Autodesk download manager, or vice versa, so it's fine to uninstall.
