Do you happen to have the AutoCAD Design Suite?

The AutoCAD Design Suite includes Raster Design, and Raster Design includes a tool that will let you create an AutoCAD Table from an image.

Just an idea, you could try printing your drawing to a raster format (JPG, TIF, etc), and then bring that image into Raster Design - converting it into a table.

There are free lisp routines floating all over the Internet to export text to comma delimited TXT files if your text formats are good.
Otherwise copy/paste as well as other suggestions posted here by others.

I wouldn't bother about the Raster design method.  OCR to table would give you just text but probably with poor translation.  Contrary to the what the ribbon implies, it does not produce a table.
