Cache file without opening dwg

What I desire is just like we the publish command.  We can print dwgs without manually opening them.

Is there a way to produce an nwc in AutoCAD without manually opening the dwg.  Without appending or opening Navis to create a cache file.

In other words I want to NWCOUT a dwg without actually opening it.

I have:

2013 AutoCAD

2013 Manage

I have the exporter already. I want to take _NWCOUT out a step further.

I want it to work without technically opening the drawing.

I can add DWG directly to Navis. But I don't want to.

Why not use the auto-publish function thats included with Navisworks?

I didn't know of that feature other than publishing an NWD. I'll check it out and let you know.
