by layer features of layer toolbar not available in 2015 how do I fix

In 2013 when you turned on the layers toolbar, that particular toolbar had a by layer feature for the linetype and the linewidth.

In 2015 the layers toolbar no longer has this feature, so that when you go into client drawings where they have drawn by colour or by linetype, there's no quick and easy fix to manipulate what you've received.

Do I have to export the layers toolbar from 2013 in 2015? Why was this feature changed. The default linetype on my machine is set to continuous whether I want it to be or not. 

Yesterday in 2013, I was productive, pushing out drawing files in a more than timely fashion.  Today in 2015, I'm spending more time fixing issues that have come up with the upgrade, than I am doing actual work. It's very frustrating to have to go through this learning curve every time there's an upgrade.

By making major modifications to your program like this you are costing a lot of companies time and money.

You need to simply add the Properties toolbar and you will have it back.
