I am running auto CAD 2014 on a Mac. I have a file thatI trying to xref. I can see all of the information when I open it, but when I add it as an xref it disappears,

Any ideas?

It could be you don't have the fonts for those stamps.

Is those text is attribute?

For the text issue:

If for small amount of special text style.

e.g. in title block, chop, stamp.....etc

I normally just explode it.

It save a lot of communication time for every other parties.

not everyone know or remember to use "etransmit" when issue drawing.

too many experience people loss the fonts...........

I figured out that it had to do with the proxy settings. I just needed to change it to 1.
