Block Editor (2015) Hanging up after closing

Is it just me or are others experancing the 2015 Autocad Block editor hanging up after you close it.

Thought it might just be Civil 3D but also does it in streight 2015 Autocad.

Anyone know a fix?

Hi,

do you have the problem every time when you try to close the blockeditor?

Does that only happen with specific drawings or also with a new one based on an original AutoCAD template?

What are your system specs (and operating system)?
And just to make sure: have you installed the latest service pack for Civil 3D 2015?

Has to do with some of the drawings I have.

I opened a new drawing and instered a block and no problems.

So KuDos to you!

Hi,

Start Civil 3D and run command _RECOVER to open + repair your drawing (use command _RECOVERALL if there are XRef's used).

That should repair the drawing, save it that with a new name and continue to work with your new DWG.
