Autodesk Products will not run for a Domain User account

I work for a large university and recently our licensing changed from the Educational license to a full blown license based on the new structure that Autodesk has implemented.

All of the programs for the Educational License worked with out a single flaw.

The new License will not run for a Domain User.  We can't get AutoCAD, Civil 3d, 3ds Max or Revit to run. All of these will run fine on a local admin or local user, but nothing will open for the Domain User.

We have tried many trouble shooting ideas and nothing seems to work.  Including:

Giving permissions for the root C: drive

Giving full control to a ton of folders that Autodesk technical support recommended.

Any ideas?
