I have the latest version of Autodesk 360 and I am using Autocad LT 2014.
There seems to be no pattern for when the Sync gets stuck, but occasionally Autodesk 360 will sync indefinitely and it causes AutoCAD to run extremely slow. Restarting the computer fixes it but it has been happening a few times every week. I have attached my ADSync.log file for review. I have also had the folks on Twitter @AutodeskHelp looking at the issue and they wanted to see the log file.
I have also attached an image of our Twitter conversation.
Thank You!!!

If I uninstall then my files wont be syncing to the cloud. I have 3 users that all share files and their files need to sync to each others computers.
try installing this update:

I had an issue while trying to get my 360 client to update several weeks ago. The update simply would not go through. However I did get it to install when AutoCAD LT 2014 saw it needed an update.
My current version is 4.7.0.802 This update you have suggested says not to run "If you have version 4.5.4.700 or above, you should not run this update."
Hi,
Are you still having problems with Autodesk 360 Synchronization? Have you checked for a solution on the Autodesk 360 Customer Community site?
Cheers,
