!Autodesk 2014 is freezing

Hi everybody

 

Excuse my english, I'm french.

 

I just installed AutoCad 2014 student. When I launch the software, an error message appears and says: "the exception C0000005 at 7337F5BFh address has not been processed"

 

I click ESC twice and the message disappears, then when I click anywhere in the software or even that I want to create a new project, AutoCad freez

 

Help, please.

 

Configuration of my laptop :

 

Toshiba satellite

Intel core i3 CPU

M380 @ 2.53 GHz, 2.53 GHz

RAM 4.00 Go

Windows x64 bits

It might be worth starting over with the install:

Autodesk Recommended Clean Install Procedure:

Then make sure that you download and install the 64 bit Student Version.

What version is the OS?

Hi, thank for your help. I will try this and I will let you know the result.

 

I'm on Windows 7, 64 bits and yes, it's 64 bits version that I used. When I try to installe the 32 bits version it's not working, the installe nitifies me to use a 64 bits.
