AUDIT, PURGE then QSAVE the file after you open it and the message will go away in the future when you open this file.

Or ask the file creator to start using AutoCAD (or is this file from AutoCAD?).

what is the problem?

That msg is just indicating the file you are opening was last saved with or created using an authorized Autodesk software.  So you will see it alot or all the time.

The time it takes to open a file, what is the size of and contents of the file?  Where is the file located, your pc or on a local network or on the other side of the world, all that will have an effect on how long it takes to open a file.

Edit: that msg is indicating it is opening or resolving at least a couple of xref's.  I would expect for Acad to pause while it's loading 1 or more xref files.

Hi..
i could see one lisp is generating automatically in folder
when i open any file from folder in that folder an automatically a lisp file is creating lisp name (acaddoc.lsp)
i think this is the problem for hang
how to avoid this

The fact that this lisp is generating multiple copies of acaddoc.lsp in multiple folders means  I think it is the acad.vlx virus.

anybody know how to remove this
