Autocad LT 2014 - Opening Autocad LT 2000 Files - Crash after a few seconds

My new AutoCAD LT 2014 Crashes A lot!  I do not have the time to spend every few days to figure out why this keeps happening. It crashes on start up. So I reinstalled back to defaults, worked for 1 week. Now it is back at it! Crashes when I hit the file tab. Changed the recently open file to 0.  sometimes the escape key doesn't work??? don't know why?  Can I talk to a real human or just get my money back??? I don't have time to stop working to figure out and fix the problems with your program!

Newly installed or it works for a long time and now acting up?

Newly licensed have had it for just about 3 weeks. I don't have the exact specs with me but it has way more speed and memory then AutoCAD requires it uses windows 7 and is brand new dell latitude. What is wrong with using an actual phone for this? It would save me a lot of time and headache??
