Autocad for Mac

Hi everyone! I've just try to install Autocad for students (3 years license).. but the download of the last version didn't start (appear: image not recognised). SO i though to install the 2013 version.. but did'nt arrive me any serial code on the email.. What can I do?

Also,

1. Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus


2. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”


3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus


4. Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance
