AutoCAD Error Aborting

I have a user who is a big user of AutoCAD 2013 and occasionally as she is working, AutoCAD will crash and produce the following error message:

This is then followed by:

The user currently has service pack 2 installed which is the most up to date service pack I can find. 

Can anyone help with stopping AutoCAD from crashing?

Unfortunately, that is sort of like saying "my car won't start sometimes". It could be hundreds of things and there isn't much we can do here, at least without some more detail.

Can you reproduce it, or is it seemingly 'random'?
Is it drawing related? Does it always happen on a particular drawing or drawings?

Are you sending the reports in? (Send Report button) Adding more details?
Have you opened a support ticket with Autodesk?

Check the users %temp% directory and make sure it's not full (by full, I mean make sure it doesn't contain thousands of files and GB of data)
