autocad 2015-student version

I get the message ''Autocad Application has stopped working'' when i try and printt a drawing, Can u help?

Did it work previously?

Did you install with anti-virus and UAC temporarily disabled?

Did you try rebooting the computer - and the behavior persists?

If you start a new file - does the behavior persist?

Can you attach the dwg file here?

type of printer/plotter and are you able to print to it from other applications?

It is an HP laserjet CM1410fnw... The printer works 100% on other programs

It used to give me similar issues on acad 14

couldn't tell quickly if this printer can do B size sheets (11x17) but if it can and that's when Acad stops responding, try creating a B size pdf first then print that out of Adobe.

If that works, then the printer driver may need to be updated as this is a known issue affecting older versions of Acad.  Not sure if it still exists with 2015.

I should add that the driver I am referring to would be "on the server" and not on your local pc, at least that's the situation where I work.
