AutoCad 2015 Recap

I am trying to test the point cloud features in Autocad 2015. When I use the ribbon button titled "Autodesk Recap". I get an error
_recap application not found.

I have tried to "repair" Recap

Any ideas?

This may sound like a stupid question but is Recap installed? Can you open the program directly? If yes to both questions is Recap installed in the default directory (i.e. "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk ReCap" for Windows) ?

Hi , yes recap is installed, runs fine from the desktop shortcut

I forgot to mention that I also have the patch installed also
