AutoCad 2015 installation error

hi everyone

don't know if this question has already been done, if so please tell me.

I am trying to install the 2015 AutoCad Trial but as soon as it starts to install it gives me 

"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2738"

I'm installing the italian version on a 64 bit windows pc

This error seems not to be AutoCAD specific, at least >>>that search results<<< show a lot suggestions pointing out more your own security settings.
