AutoCAD 2015 Fatal Error

I was working in layout with simple 3D model and suddenly Fatal Error. I use computer "Dell Precision T3610", program AutoCAD 2015. All the steps you can see in video. Error appears at time 1:04:23.

The workflow is shown in video. If repeating the same steps problem does not appear so the problem could be in the file.
