Autocad 2014 TItle Bar Color

The color of the title bar or the menu bar is white and i can barely see the workspace. The color is too bright. I'm running autocad on windows 8 and also on windows xp. In windows 8, the bar is too bright while on windows xp the color of the bar is normal. I need some help changing the title bar/menu bar. Thanks in advance! 🙂

The titlebar for the Acad app I believe is controled by the OS.  Can you provide a screenshot or two?
