AutoCAD 2014 Crashes on statup on Windows 8.1

I had autocad working properly on my new Laptop, and after i updated windows to 8.1 it just crashes on startup. I have a lot of work and i am late on schedule. I tried everything, I updated the drives of both my graphic cards, installed service pack 1, installed and uninstalled Autocad etc.. Still the Same.

Any Help Please before i decide to change my proffesion?

You should not have done that without checking first: search around these forums for possible fixes to that big mistake, some users got it to work while others had to reinstall Win 8.0 and all their apps.

Hello

Welcome to the Autodesk/AutoCAD Forums

+1 with Pendean

Win 8.1 is not supported by versions 2014 ...

Some people are  running ... They are lucky ... But doing an update from Win 8.0 to Win 8.1 is the worst situation !

As said Pendean, switching back to Win 8.0 is the right solution ...

Only versions 2015 are officially supported by Autodesk on Win 8.1 !

Please look at this thread and some others ... Maybe it could help you !?
