no its all files, its not the commands thats causing the problem, its something to do with zooming in and out repeatedly that causes it, dont need to be in a command for it to happen, bigger the file size, the more likely it is to happen. seems its been a problem with the 2012 edition also, but i never had an issue with it til now. To get it to react quick just zoom in and out to extreme until jumps out of the viewport.

What is the operating system, graphics card and driver that you have?

You can see this information easily in the tune log with the 3DCONFIG command.

GeForce graphics cards are not especially designed for CAD. Your card is more appropriate for watching videos:

http://uk.geforce.com/hardware

Do you happen to have another machine that you can test this behavior again, preferably one that has a supported/certified card and driver?

Please see the list here:

http://www.autodesk.com/autocad-graphicscard

I would be interested to know if anyoe else can reproduce the issue with the viewport as I currently can't.

One more thing you could check is to see if the issue persists in Windows diagnostic mode:

Does it make any difference?

Cheers,

Luciane

There was an earlier post from someone having the same problem in 2012, but no solution to it.

Do you get anything different in Windows diagnostic mode?

You have to enable the licensing system:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=13404186&linkID=9240617

If these steps don't work for you please let me know.

same thing, to be honest i have given up on it and just started working with expanded viewport, was either that or go back to 2012, dont feel expanded viewport is ideal given i can have up to 10 to 12 viewports on a sheet, anyway cheers for looking into it.
