Hi there, so I have a very annoying problem. No matter what version of AutoCAD i'm installing, is it 2013, 2014, trail version, there always is this frustrating message when i start program after installation:

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at d8510004h.

I tried to google solution, but nobody have such an information (code).

I have windows 7 64bit, Lenovo Y580 (brand new).

Tried everything, cant' get rid of that. Appreciate any help.

Hello

If you suspect something related to the OneKey Lenovo application ?

Please try to kill the "OneKey Lenovo" Task with the Task manager before installing !

Good Luck, Bye , Pat

So this is a problem on a new PC only? neither program has ever run on it, correct?
Is 2013 fully patched and updated? Did you turn off all background running applications before installing?
Did you "migrate" when installing 2014?

I never tried installing it on different computer, Just now i tried one more time. uninstall autocad 2014, delete register, shutdown every single program in background i can, basically clean install of autocad 2013.
Still FATAL ERROR. only index changed to:
efc90004h.

I think the installation is properly,
After autocad crashed I clicked "send raport" and it is said that the problem is with Lenovo OneKey Theater. But I tried reinstalling it/uninstalling, still nothing. (index f7d80004h)
I will try something with installation now.

Try removing the conflicting application noted, use a quality tool like REVO UNINSTALLER that does a better job than Windows uninstaller, then restart your PC and reinstall AutoCAD per Autodesk's guidelines for removal/reinstall.

Ehh, still nothing. The only difference between those errors are first 4 letters/numbers. Now it is f4b80004h.
I'm slowly loosing hope...

So simple! I have to shutdown OnekeyStudio.exe process each time I want to work on AutoCAD, but still it's better than nothing. Thank you very much :smileyhappy:
