Annotative dim styles arent changing with paperspace viewport scale.

No matter what i try i cant seem to make my annotative dim styles automatically scale in my paper space viewports. When i have a viewport set to say a 1:10 scale, my dims are scaled with everything else when, to my understanding, they should stay the 1/8 in text height i have them set for. If anyone else has had this problem or might have any suggestions i could really use some help. I learned AutoCAD 2013 and just started using AutoCAD Mechanical 2014. Maybe something changed that im not aware of?

There are a lot of factors that could be at play here.
You say the dimstyle is annotative, but have you checked to make sure the dimensions themselves are actually annotative?

Can you post a trimmed down version of the drawing?
