Annotative block moves when annotation scale changed,

The solution for this problem is mentioned in the link below but sounds not to be helpful:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=11938250&linkID=9240617

I got a block that contains an attribute (attached) and created on layer zero while the current annotation scale is 1:100. As this annotation scale is changed (say to 1:200 or 1:50) this block moves from its original place to another one (as shown in the attached screenshots)

How to control this behavior?

Thank you

Best

Jamal

Hi,

your problem is not really the block moves, but the insertion point of this block is far away (lower-left) from the geometry within the block.

To proof that select the blockreference, zoom out as far as necessary so you see the grip-point (= insertion point) of this block-insertion. Then change the annoscale and select the block-insertion again ==> the insertion point does not move.

Solution: redefine your block with a correct insertion point, then everything will work as designed.
