angles

How are you?
I have a question about the angles that contain Insaf such as 30.4 or any angle with the same form of the former .. when do I select from and writing to the polar angle as the previous example. But when we see it on the screen of the drawing does not appear the same angle! For example, if the angle of 30.4 and we will draw the line at the cursor appears polar 30? Why does not appear that the angle chosen broken?
Thank you for all

The cursor information / Command Line / Properties Palette / List command etc derive their "precision" from the UNITS sysvars (type UNITS at the Command line)

The yellow Angular Dimension object derives it's precision from the precision inside the Dimensioin Style (DIMSTYLE)

I should add that changing the precision in UNITS does not make AutoCAD more or less accurate, it only changes the level of precision shown to the user.
