ACAD 2014 - doesn't seem to save my settings?

Hi, I've made some changes to my settings through the Options dialog but every every time I open AutoCAD they seem to be the default settings. Also I had to change the file path for DWT templates as one of my plugins had redirected to its own template library. However, upon reopening the program this also reverts back to the file path the plugin wants to go to. I'm using Building Design Suite 2014.

What am I missing here? I don't recall having this issue from ACAD 2004 until now!

Plug-in?

Are you suggesting it might be caused by the plug-in? or are you asking what the plug-in is? In which case it's Kubit Pointsense.

Plug-ins create a custom startup that generates their required paths. The whole point of having a plug-in.
Contact their support and ask how you can work around it if you are not able to unload it in a profile when you don't need it and load it's profile when you do need it.

Good point. I'll check with Kubit whether there are any reported issues.
