acad 14 - where have my design center blocks gone?

Just loaded Acad14. When go to design center, cannot find my old blocks such as furniture, desks

plumbing  etc.  Where are they located.  I tried to migrate settings, didn't help

Hi,
Are you referring to the sample files installed with AutoCAD? These are typically found in, "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014\Sample\en-us\DesignCenter".
You can use the ADCNAVIGATE command to set the path as a default to this location or a custom location  pointing to your block libary.

Hope this helps.

Volker

You may want to compare your Support File Search Path under OPTIONS with your previous CAD install if you can.

It may be that all the Paths you had before are not a part of this install.

Though as Volker pointed out all you may need to do is find these once in ADCENTER and then they will be readily available.

ADC is like Windows Explorer: is there a reason you cannot just navigate to your personal blocks folders? Can you not do so in Windows explorer?
Did you change PCs too by chance?

Tap the HOME button in ADCENTER (looke like a "home" icon), it will go back to where you last assigned an important blocks folder that you must have all the time as your "HOME" base.

Otherwise it is time for a repair reinstall of your old software.
