3D Printing with MakerBot from AutoCAD

I have just installed my new MakerBot Replicator (desktop 3D printer). However, I am having difficulty get the  my .stl file to print.  The .stl file was oringinated in AutoCAD 2014 and is a small mechanical part I designed.  I have tried the HELP section is AutoCAD, but that is trying me to purchasing a 3D printing service, when I have thE MakerBot to do the printing for me.  I am so confused.

I have attached my STL file  and the CAD file I made it the .STL from.

When I first added it to the MakerBot setup, it did say it was a scaling issue.  I went back to AutoCAD and scaled it down a lot and now it is working in the 3d printing.  I'll see how it goes.

Thanks for your help!

Two commands you will want to know.

-dwgunits and read the command line for your document units. (with the preceeding - sign)

stlout to export your stl file.
