2D VIEW FROM 3D MODEL

Hello everyone 

I m using autocad 2014 

I want to create 2D Views of 3D Models
How I can create it.

Can anyone help.

Drawing views / VIEWBASE command is AutoCAD's most recent method of creating 2D views, otherwise I'd recommend FLATSHOT.

viewbase command is working

In flashshot There is CREATE VIEW pannel under LAYOUT tab

It is missing in my autocad 
I had checked it in menu (open by Right click Shown in Attachment)

How can I get toolbars

Can you help me about this
