2014 Header

Hello guys ..... new to the forum and have a quick question:

We just went from 2008 to 2014 ....... what a difference.

So as to not have to relearn Autocad again, can somebody tell me where the "File / Edit / View / Insert / Format / Tools / Draw / Dimension .... etc., that use to be accross the top of the screen went????

...... and how would I get that back????

Any help would be SO appreciated! ..... 🙂

Thanks!

MENUBAR is likely the variable you found, but if you really don't want to relearn, you can switch to the "Classic" workspace  😉

Yes, I was suggesting you may want/need to use the "AutoCAD Classic" workspace with the familiar toolbars, rather than jumping into the Ribbon with both feet.  By all means, do learn to use the Ribbon, there may be day when "Classic" is no longer an option, but the Ribbon sure is a shock and not something you want to be forced to learn while under a deadline.
