moving parts

I'm wondering if it's possible to make adjoining parts move as well when you move the part they are connected to. I know Inventor will do this but wanted to know if Autocad 2016 has a similar feature.

It takes some clever lisp code and parametric constraints.

One of my colleagues at Pennsylvania College of Technology - Craig Miller - did a presentation at AU several years ago on how to do this.
