AutoCAD 2015 - Font type Properties window

I purchased a Microsoft Surface 4 and installed Autocad 2016.  The problem is that some things are so small on the screen that they are unreadable, and other things are huge and seemingly can't be adjusted.  It doesn't seem to help to adjust the screen resolution.  As you can see on the screenshot, the data font on the properties box is so large it won't even fit, but some of the icons are so small as to be unreadable.  Are there variables to adjust these fonts?  Also notice in the top left corner of the Properties box, the X for closing the box is so small it can barely be selected.
