I have 2015 and windows 7. It was working great for months and then all of the sudden it began to freeze up everytime I did a task...ie, I was trying to copy a line and it froze everytime I tried to go to the second point to copy to.
It doesnt matter what I try to do, it freezes at that second point.
I did a clean uninstall and reinstall and still the same problem.
It cannot be an windows update as the last update was installed Feb 12 and the program worked fine until Feb 16.
CAN SOMEONE HELP ME...I cannot use this program now!

If you are working off of a network, test working locally and with a brand new file. You can also try the following solutions in this article.
Let us know if that helps.
Installs SP1&2
No network...single use computer and standalone license
Graphics card-AMD Radeon HD 5450
No updates to driver for it since 2013.
Examples see pdf attached to previous message.
thanks for your help!!
Just as a test, take your machine off the internet by disconnecting the network cable. See if the problem still happens.
Do you mean disconnect the computer from the modem?
If I have to do that to make it work I am in trouble as that would disable my phone also!
If it works after I do that, what does that mean?
The mystery is that it was working just fine until 2/16 (Tuesday)

Were you able to test the diagnostic boot or any of the other suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?
