FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at fe638b9ch

Hi,

Last two days I got a "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at fe638b9ch" every time I try to work with my project. Recently I have installed Revit 2014, may this cause the problem?

My computer parameters are:

- Processor / Type Core i7- 4790K
- Processor / Clock Speed 3.6 GHz
- Mainboard / Chipset Type Intel Z97 Express
- RAM / Total Installed Size 8 GB
- Graphics Controller NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
- Video Memory / Installed Size 2 GB
- Operating System Microsoft Windows 8.1 64-bit

Thank you for your help.

Hi @almazmah,

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried resetting your user settingsNote: This will set things back to default and any customization will be lost. Also, try updating your graphics card driver.

Hello @almazmah

Are you speaking about AutoCAD ?

If YES, which version with which SP ?

If YES, please open your DWGs in RECOVER Mode ... to see if some errors are found and corrected !?

Re-Save your DWGs and test again ...

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your message. I have triedd to reset user settings - error still occurs.

I have updated driver until final version 353.62 for NVIDIA and already uninstalled Revit by supposing it was a reason for errors (before installation there weren't errors) - doesn't help.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Almaz.

Hi Patrice,

The version I'm using now is 2016. The SP is not known.

The screenshot is below.

Will see if there any errors happen.

Best regards,

Almaz.
