autocad 2014 fatal error using the hatch command

whenever you use the hatch command sends the message fatal mistake
and closes the program.

because that happens

already have the service pack 1 installed.

When you restart AutoCAD and load your drawing again, type in HPDLGMODE and set it to 1.

Now try the HATCH command again.

caro amigo, estou com problema quando vou editar, ou deletar a hachura no desenho. Sempre que vou fazer isso, aparece e mensagem "fatal error". Como solucionar este problema?

2014 HATCH command might not be 100% stabilized
as we had an issue with hatching on one workstation.
Our resolve was to reset the current profile.
command -> OPTIONS -> Profiles tab -> Reset button.
