wipeout help

When I print to our KIP5000 Plotter from either Autocad 2009 or 2011,  It is shading the area around wipeouts.  If I print to any other pinter in our office I dont have this problem.  When anyone else in my office opens up the same drawing and prints to the same plotter, they dont have this problem.  I just got a new computer which uses Windows 7.  Everyone else in the office is still using Windows XP.  I have attached a scan of what the plotter is doing.  I have the same drivers as everyone else in the office also.

It would be a printer driver issue. I have had this problem for some time and a PLC6 driver seems to help. Give it a try and let me know! Good Luck!

Is this a vector versus raster issue?  Not sure exactly what they are, but different ways for sending data to a plotter.

Credit where credit is due! Give kudos or accept as solution whenever you can.

Create a specific layer for your wipeout with color 255.

Note: don't force the color by just changing it to 255 cause it won't work, it needs to be BYLAYER.

Usually when a wipeout doesn't work it blanks the whole text object. I'm curious if those are background mask with a fill color and not wipeouts. One thing you might check.
