What is the most efficient way to draw a line inclined by particular angle from another line?
I wanted to draw a line inclined by particular angle from another line but couldn’t get the best way to do that.
For example, in the screenshot below, I wanted to draw a line inclined by 60º from an existing line but couldn’t approach the best way to approach it.
How can I draw this line efficiently?

Jamal, there may be newer drafting aids to accomplish this task, but I would Array the existing line 120 degrees and then draw a Circle with the requisite length of the line as its radius, Extending or Trimming it to get the correct length.
If you know the lengths and angles you want, why not just type it in from the command line?
Line command ► Select start point ► @ x" ► < x°
Don't end the line command there, but just keep going by entering more distances (@) and more angles (<). If you're not effecient with calculating angles on the fly in your head, though, then it may not be a good solution.
I prefer rotating the UCS (as mentioned earlier), I have UO set to UCS, Object, pick the object and start drawing. I have UW set to UCS, World to get back.
Once the UCS is set, start the line, snap to the endpoint, you can use Polar at this point or type <55, enter, then specify length, among other methods.
Tip - you can set the angle increment angle in Polar to 1 if you want, or 0.5, etc, you don't have to use the predefined angles.
Patchy, I wasn't sure if anything new had been added to accomplish the task, and I tend not to mess with UCS unless I'm doing 3D work - I was formerly a Civil designer but it's been three years since I've slung a vector in anger to earn a paycheck. I'm back in school and HAD to take a graphics class (easy A) to satisfy pre-eng requisites. The solid modeling and the Inventor stuff has been fun, unfortunately they don't teach Civil3D. I asked questions earlier and am paying it back where I think I can be helpful, but don't be afraid to overrule me, I only think I know everything.

Adjust your Polar Tracking settings from "absolute" to being "relative" to the last line drawn.
