Unknown Property error

I have Civil 3d 2012 installed on a windows 7 machine. It was working. I'm not sure what happened but now when I try to open it I get an Unknown Property error. I tried to go to control panel to repair but when I click on uninstall/change it gives me the same error. I can't uninstall. I tried to install from the disk but the installation keeps failing.

appare una scritta "unknown property" il programma è fermo, I tentative di disinstallrlo e reinstallare sono falliti. Il sistema operative Window 7 professional 64 bit. COME faccio a risolvere il problema far ripartire il programma?

I do need help to solve the same problem : when i try to start my autocad lt 2010 the icon "Unkown Property" appear, instead of working.  Every attempt to reinstall the program has failed.

The os is windows 7 professional 64bit. What can I do? I really need to star autocad again.

I think this problem has something to do with a corrupted registry. I couldn't get autocad to run, uninstall or repair so I used RegCleaner to uninstall it http://www.tomsguide.com/us/download/RegCleaner,0301-444.html  . Then I was able to reinstall autocad.
