Tutoring Autocad, does it need license

I am going to tutor autcad but i will not give a certification, would i have to be a certified trainner from adobe.

Autodesk, not Adobe.  If you are not a certified training center, then you cannot give official training certificates.  Furthermore, if you plan on charging for this service, then you require a licensed version.
