Switch on commands at start

Hello,

I figure out that it is worth to order to Autocad to automatically load some commands at startup. I don't mean the startup suite after APPLOAD command runs.

I mean, that for example such things as HPASSOC is equal 1, or enabled Layer Director

, should be done soon on opening of Autocad. Is it possible to do that? I tried to found such thing in OPTIONS, but I can't.
