Stretch command without using grips for xclipframes is not working.

The only way to stretch the view for the xclipframe is by using the grips. I used to be able to stretch using the stretch command by doing a window on one of the corner frames and it would just stretch. I'm not sure what I did or who did it that turned something off and I can't do it anymore. However viewport, I could stretch with no problem. Please help, I'm feeling really annoyed. Thanks

What is XCLIPFRAME set to?
What is FRAME variable set to?

xclipframe is at 2

frame is at 3

I tried all variable and nothing...

Could you stretch your xclipframe without using grips but just using the stretch command by using window to pick a corner then stretch?

Any help is appreciated...

I don't have 2012 around anymore, but the behavior you describe is typical for an XCLip in 2014.
