Setting up profiles

I only use AutoCAD once in a blue moon and I see that AutoCAD 2010 has changed quite substantially from what it used to be. How do I set up a profile in AuotCAD so that everytime I open it, my toolbars etc.. are how I prefer them?

Thanks

You simply save your current WORKSPACE after you move things around: the command is WSSAVE.

can't he also create a new "profile" under tools>options>profiles (use 'add to list' button)?

(note, i don't know a lot about the differences between workspaces and profiles)

Workspaces are all about the autocad display/locations of buttons, toolbars, pulldown menus etc.
Profiles are about locating custom folders, menu files, settings, resources etc.
Two different functions.
