Ribbons and Panels missing

My computer hiccupped and AutoCAD wouldn't run.

I eventually had to reinstall AutoCAD.

AutoCAD works, but there are no Ribbons.

Instead, the screen has this warning "The Ribbon does not have and tabs or panels loaded".

What's the next step?

Copy others' .CUI (all of them) overwrite yours and restart autocad.

On another computer, not linked to the other, AutoCAD has my named Workspace. Is that what you're referring to? If yes, where do I find it to copy to the other computer? If not, where do I find the ".cui" you mention?

If you use plain autocad, try the method:

(findfile "acad.cui")

and hit Enter, it will show the path where all the .CUI live

Grab all of .cui and replace the one that corrupted.

Re-establish a workspace, this usually works in restoring the ribbons.

John had the answer. I went to the Workspace Control. As soon as I clicked on my Workspace name, everything returned to normal. Thanks.
