One of my old ms access project that i try to open now requires DwgThumbnail.ocx version 1.8

Where can i get that file.

Can anyone guide me in this

From the year 2003? used to only be available in the Developer network back in the day, I don't see anywhere else you can get it from.

Are you a paid up ADN member? You can't get in otherwise. +/- $5000/year I believe.
ADN=Autodesk Developer Network, you can Google Search for it.
