A coworker in my office has had his tool ribbon disappear. I'm trying to find a way to have them appear again.

Hi,

first try would be to just reactivate your workspace (command _WORKSPACE or symbol in the lower right area within the status bar)

Firstly, you could change the workspace to check the tool is back or not.

Then you could check the tools ribbon are checked or not from Ribbon

Wish this could help your colleague to solve his issue.
