Hi,

>> Respected Autodesk Team,

Here is not the Autodesk team, here are most time people like you, users who try to help other users.

If you want to get in direct contact to Autodesk you have to use the subscription center and place there a support request.

>> We recently updated our hardware and software to

Did the software already work on that hardware for a period and the failures came up later or did this software-hardware-combo never worked free of errors?

>> We are facing the FATAL ERROR

And what of that listed packages do raise that exceptions? Just AutoCAD or also others?

In case of AutoCAD:

- have you tried to reset the AutoCAD-profile?

- what applications/tools/apps are running on top pf AutoCAD?

- did you migrate any settings from previous AutoCAD releases?

- are that always the same files that crashes or do also new files crash?

- do these crashes only occur when storing on network or also when you save that files on your local disk?

- maybe most important: have you installed the latest servicepacks?

One additional question because I don't understand that: why do you mix 2012 (AutoCAD) and 2013 (Navisworks)? I would avoid that as long as possible to have different releases that interchange the same datatypes.
