Problem with "Save As" and "New"

I am using AutoCAD 2010 and I'm having problems with the "Save As" and "New" functions. Whenever I go to "File" > "Save As" it doesn't prompt the Save As window, the computer only does the "Error" sounds and AutoCAD becomes "greyed out", as if it would have gone to the desktop's background, the same when I try to create a new file. This happens as well when I try it using keyboard shortcuts ("CTRL" + "SHIFT" + "S" for Save As and "CTRL" + "N" for New).

Without the Save As function I cannot save in an older AutoCAD format, which makes my work not retrocompatible. Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be?

Thank you in advance for the help!

Try repair via control panel and also you can dxfout as well as change the saving setting in Tools>Options.
