I have a problem with Pen Tables. We have existing drawings that when we try to plot the pen style tables are not found even though the pathing in the options file is correct. New drawings or other existing drawings DO find the pen style tables. It appears to be a drawing specific situation.
Is there a setting I am missing that controls this or any solution for this would be appreciated.
if you have such a drawing opened (and you did run command _AUDIT to check the file), then you start the plot command, do you see the ctb- or stb-file active in the current plot-style-field?
Does it have a yellow question-mark besides it's name?
If you open this list of plot-styles, do you find one with that name?

and do you find this specific file EPL_BSize_E.ctb if you open the list of available plotstyles? If not could you try to create a new drawing, open the plot-dialog and look then again if you find this file in the list of CTB's?
Under normal circumstances I would not ask that as it is irrelevant for which drawing you open the list of plotstyles, but as you told us:
>> New drawings or other existing drawings DO find the pen style tables
you should try it in that way. Do you now see exactly this CTB-file in the list?

thanks for your suggestions and ideas..during this process with your comments I have found that it was all about defpstyles etc.
Using CONVERTPSTYLES resolved the probem.
