Objects display incorrectly AutoCad 2012

One of our users has an issue with objects displaying incorrectly in a file he was sent from another office. The printerd version they sent shows a correct object with details and the .dwg when opened in AutoCad 2012 just shows a box with the same details. It seems like a plug-in of sorts may be missing. I attatched a image of the incorrect and correct view. The one on the right is correct and they both have the yellow/red arrow pointing at them.

Thanks

Probably needs the electrical object enabler.

I see 4 object enablers avalable for download that apply to AutoCad 2012. Which contains the electrical enabler?

AutoCAD Civil 2012 Object Enabler

AutoCAD Plant 3D 2012 Object Enablers

Open Light 2012 Object Enabler (32-bit and 64-bit)

AutoCAD Structural Detailing 2012 Object Enablers (32-bit and 64-bit)

Tank you for your help.

It depends on the program the other office runs. Ask them is it MEP.

If they used 2013 or 2014 then 2012 Obj. Enabler probably will not work, in this case have to ask them to EXPORTTOAUTOCAD so you can use the file.
